Disc conversion kit for the rear drums

Hello chevy and GMC fellas

I'm looking into replacing the rear drum breaks on the 99 Yukon. Anyone recommend a kit to replace and make it happen.

I went through summit racing website but I wasn't able to find and conversion kits for the rear drums to disc. only routers but no kits that I found.

Since we are talking about brakes

I read that I can upgrade my brakes to get rid of the mushie brake feel.

Do we have any picture of the parts or any parts numbers to see if I can get them new?

I still want to convert drums to discs

They all say "Front". The front will go on the back?
The drum size measure full diameter or half?

says rear to me. diameter is across the full diameter.

what if I wanted to put Disc from a later Yukon? which model/year should I be looking for?

I'm trying to change the MC hydroboost/BrakeLine/Rear Disc from later models than the 99. but do I need to change the entire assembly?
