Here is comparison pics of my old and new H11 low beam setup on Volvo 18 wheelee. 1st pics is old hi power H11 Led kit. 2nd pics is TRS 2Stroke H11. They are both 6000k
I didnt adjust beams on new setup just yet

Question...so for the low beams on the Denali...is it a direct bulb switch out for the TRS bulbs since the Denali's already have HID lighting or did you have to install a full TRS kit with ballast and all? I've already ordered the fog bulbs to switch out but would really like a ~5500-6000K low beam with a hair more output...

Denali have D3S hids low beams so i use direct replacement TRS D3S https://www.theretrofitsource.com/components/bulbs/d3s-morimoto-xb-hid.html in 5500k
You can buy Philips and Osram from them but those cost 3-4 times TRS Morimotos

If you dont have dont have Denali than you will need full kit like one from TRS https://www.theretrofitsource.com/hid-systems/universal-kits/h11-morimoto-elite.html

Make sure you find out which one H11a or H11b bulbs you gonna need. 90% of time its H11b with projector housings

How pull off the oem d3s?

Twist upper dust cover counter clockwise. Reach with skinny fingers, at 3 and 9 o'clock there is smal tabs, use them to turn counter clockwise D3S bulb holder/retainer ring, It will turn only a little bit like 1/8 turn and than after bulb is loose pull it out with holder/retainer ring, disconnect connector, slid off holder/retainer rigng and do same thing backward
