I replaced my autojunk with 5100`s. Some people say you should also replace the springs with Z71 springs. A few guys on here don`t believe me when i say its absolutely fine to run them with regular shocks. I finally remembered to take a picture of my yukon with 800 pounds in the back to prove that they`re up to the task. View attachment 188524

I usually have around 400 pounds in the back and tow my yamaha rhino on my 6x12 trailer, It`s about 2000 pounds total and it`s rock steady at 75mph. I can`t remember who was basically calling me a liar about my claims but they have been added to my ignore list.

I replaced my springs with the moog HD z-71 springs and it rides much better than the wore out springs. And when I tow my big trailer it sits 1/2 higher. And the 4600 shocks make the taho ride like a caddy. Can’t believe how much of a difference it made. My old shocks were only 4 years old Monroe sensitrack.
