Climate control swap (2000 to 2003)

Hi guys, I have been working on installing a double din in my 2000 nbs tahoe and have run into an issue with the climate control fitment. I have gotten a console, lower dash pieces, and radio bucket with the metal frame from a 2005 suburban. Everything seems to fit fine except the original climate control piece. I am researching the possibility of changing the wiring to make a newer climate control work but I haven't been able to find a pinout for the 2001 climate control part. Has anyone else done this or have the pinout info available? I know I would have to set it up with only 1 side to control the temp since mine is a single zone system. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated!!
