Junkyards make me sad. I remember going to them as a kid and always had a feeling of overwhelming sadness.

Painting the OnStar fin I pulled from the 2006 burb at the junkyard. My local Carquest branch had some self etching primer on hand and this stuff works wonders. Hopefully will get some better results come time for my silver birch paint on this little guy. But I’m stoked to be getting this project going and to have one less unfinished plastic trim piece on my truck haha

I really hate unfinished black plastic trim. Drives me nuts......

CM will be good, buuuttt why not just delete the shark fin altogether for a smoother look?
