Exactly. then again, why would anyone get a 13" lift and put on 35" tires? Looks like a toy truck. why not keep it at a 6" lift?

to each his own...

What your simple mind can't understand is that much lift was needed for x14s with 2" spacers not to rub. And it's currently on 37" toyos

Sumo, can you advise size including offset on those Cragar soft 8's? Those look great, that is exactly the look I'm going for. You've helped end a several week delima with those pics. I'm more concerned about getting into something that has as close to factory offset as possible. I don't want too much hanging out in the breeze making that roller skate appearance. I appreciate your response my friend!

its simple winter rims, with snow tires. I went with 17s becuase More tire is better for deep snow/traction. Better protection against hidden potholes.

FYI, I think it looks great as well as several others that have seen this pic. Winter or not, it's better than these spoked POS's that they have on the market. Some of us are old school.

I went with the soft 8's in a 17X8, They have a zero offset and if you go to a 9 inch wheel they stick out alot.

Sorry still trying to keep up with various threads on here and I missed your response. I went with them and just got right barely under 1" of tire sticking out. It's not bad though, really it appears like mostly sidewall and not a lot of tread sticking out. I love em though!
