When I bought a CPO truck in October, the terms were a 2 year 20,000 mile extension of the factory B2B less maintenance and wear and tear items. The words were "comes with the same warranty as a new Cadillac."
Now the Cadillac website describes the program as a 6 year, 100,000 mile "Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty," effective on expiration of the B2B warranty. The warranty is not spelled out in much detail except to state "coverage for defects in materials and workmanship of covered components."
So - longer, maybe, but no more B2B on CPO if I am reading this correctly. I presume the terms that enticed me to purchase the truck (B2B extension) still apply, at least, to those of us who bought before this change.
