I have an 03 Tahoe Z71. There was a wire or cable running from under the hood to just above the firewall on the driver's side. I would estimate it was about 8 inches long.
It must have gotten caught one of times I closed the hood. It got cut and now it is completely missing. Does anyone know what this is for? I'm guessing some kind of ground, but I'm not sure. I don't even know what to look up to order a replacement.
