I read somewhere on here that you can get a scan cable tune for around $300, is this correct information?

Also is there gonna be a Chicago tune trip?

It looks like you can do a scan cable tune for $330, but there is an additional deposit on the equipment while you have it. After the tune I assume you would send it back and get your deposit refunded.

Here is Black Bear's current schedule of events. I don't see Chicago on there, but there is a section with information on contacting them directly if you would like to try to organize an event in your area.

Thanks....I'll most likely do the scan cable. Just haven't decided if I should keep my rusty suburban or not
