Am I missing a part on my AC system on my SSP

I was looking today on how to add Freon into the system to see if I can make it a little colder. Then I noticed that it looks like I am missing a part and maybe this is why I have no ac in the back section of the truck also. It looks like this 1 line has been capped off. Looks as if something is suppose to go between then also.


Anyone have an ideas on what might be missing or if this is normal?

Yes and yes. Prob leaking back lines so they just capped it instead of fixing them.
