So I lowered my truck with Norcals 2/4 drop kit and added the 24" Futures. I went through 1 set of tires due to the camber being off. I had the alignment done twice with the first set and we got it close to specs. I just had a new set of tires put on with an alignment and cannot get it within the manufactures specs. I don't want to continue wasting money on tires ever 15k miles due to the camber.

What can I do? Add a spring perch spacer to raise the front 1/2" and then get another alignment?

I have the spec sheet at home and will add it when I get home.

I'm having my buddy, general manager, of one of the major automotive repair shops in the St. Louis market do it. Suspension isn't bent. He says he can't get it to go any further.

If I bought the spindles, would it help with adjustment of camber? Will the spindles make it ride better?

Yes, drop spindles ride best and very easy to get back into alignment spec.
