I have a set of used tires that are browning a little. My question is can I use adams tire and rubber cleaner and leave it on the tire? What I did is spray it on a towel, wipe the tire down with it, and then used a different towel and wiped off the residue. Now the tire has a deep black look again. Will this hurt the tire?

I've cleaned the rubber trim around my windshield and windows the same way you described. It doesn't seem to have caused any issues for me. But as far as the tires, I always hose off the tires after scrubbing them. I mainly reserve the Tire and Rubber cleaner for the rubber trim and if the tires are REALLY nasty. I usually just clean the tires with All Purpose Cleaner, or Purple Power because the Tire and Rubber cleaner is just so damn expensive.
