Hey Everyone, has anyone had this problem? I'm at 35671 miles and about to get into the extended warranty. I would like to get this taken care of before I have to pay a deductible. In case your wondering I did check everything including the idler tension pulley and it is the loudest at the A/C unit. Any advise is appreciated.

A/C Compressor was bad. Glad I took a video of it cause when I brought it in it was quiet. The video I took was with it rattling when on, and quiet when off. They went with it and replaced the whole thing.
