A/C blowing warm now at start of warm weather. Hooked up gauges. Readings at 60psi on Low Side, 75psi on High Side. Tested on 55 degree day. Clutch on compressor engages, stays on-doesn't turn off. Pressures do not fluctuate. Does not appear to have any leaks. Faulty compressor? Suggestions?

well if your compressor is turning on and your pressures aren't changing, then it sounds like a bad compressor. Or a bad clutch that isn't properly engaging the compressor.
