'99 Tahoe - Can anybody help identify this wiring harness?

This harness is located in the engine bay on the drivers side of my 1999 Chevy Tahoe LT 4x4. I have included a picture for reference. Is there a possibility that this goes to an add on accessory that I may not have? What else can I provide to help identify this. Thanks in advance.

It has been slow to cold start without giving a little gas, maybe this is the reason?

I think this is it on my 1998. The wire loom has two that go to the ABS unit and the third (pink and white wires) to the evap canister.
