Did you use a LED signal bulb? Is it a switchback or just amber? and is it bright enough?
I was, but it kept blowing the fuse. So I put the stock bulbS in after 3 sets of fuses. But yes, it was switchback and was very bright for the 5 seconds it was lit

Readjusted the cutoff to the 2step. Lets see how this pans out tmrw night with traffic. Hopefully 2this will give me a little more road coverage without blinding traffic

The kicker L78 in the .48cuft center console enclosure has been doing its job, but I finally bit the bullet and bought a another subwoofer setup that goes behind the 3rd row.

I will keep the center console sub and add a connector so I can switch back and forth with ease.

I ordered a DC Audio Level 2 12 m2 D4. I read good things about it and it was around the price I wanted to spend, and from what I read, is American made and handmade to order. All pluses.

The box is a 1.25 cu ft ported and down firing. The woofer specs says the optimum ported bix volume is 1.25 so it should sound good right away.

The sub is 600 rms at 2ohms and my PPI Phantom 900.5 is 440 rms at 2 ohms so it should match good and leave me some head room if I should find a better 5 channel later, or if I go with a 4 channel setup with a separate mono amp for the sub.

I should have everything the qst week in jan and I should havs the connector figured out by them. Something simple. 2 wire. Quick disconnect. I will try Lowes to see what they have. I will probably have it on the rear driver side in that little hidden pocket area to make the connections quick and easy.

Box came in. Smaller than I thought, which is nice.

You can go to your local car stereo shop for quick disconnects, they'll have any wiring and connectors you'll need. I doubt Lowe's will have anything. Looking good.

Thanks. The car shops around here arnt really hitting two speed bumps if you arnt spending 1000's of dollars. It's one up the street from work I may go by, but the last time I was there, the owner was really rude and charged me $5.00 for a $.50 10awg connector.
