6.0 swap

I know this has been asked alot and I've pretty much narrowed it down but what years will be the easiest to swap in to my 05 lm7(e85 compatible) Tahoe?From what I read the only ones to watch is the early year (99) that had a different crank?But mainly ,what's the easiest year to swap ?thanks

Good rule of thumb is to just stick with the same year, but in all honesty any 6.0 from '01-'06 would work out fine.
