2017 Tahoe navigation/radio screen question

on my 15/16 Tahoe’s and suburbans the navigation/radio screen would remember where it was once the car was turned off. Simply stated if the car was shut off with the screen displaying the navigation, that’s where it returned to when I restarted the truck.
On my 17 the radio resets to the home screen.
What does your 17 or 18 do?

Nobody with a 17 can tell me what the display shows after you turn the car off and then back on after several hours The home screen or does the memory hold it where it was turned off previously

My 2017 is home screen. I change it to the audio screen and then it reverts back to the home screen when I re-start it. Hope this helps.
