Take the belt off and then turn on the engine, if the squeak is gone, it’s a bad pulley.
Another trick is to put some water in a spray bottle, and while the engine is running spray a small amount of water on the belt. If the squeak stops, the source of the squeak is the belt.
If the squeak is coming from the belt, it could be due to a weak tensioner pulley not applying enough tension on the belt.
Usually though it’s the brand of serpentine belt. I’ve found Goodyear Gatorback belts are the best at stopping that annoying chirp/squeak noise. I believe the Gatorback belt is no longer under the Goodyear name brand but I can’t recall the new name.
