i had the same problem when I put some used 22's on my yukon. The tires were worn unevenly from the vehicle they were taken off of. Belle tire balanced them and it made no difference. Discount tire balanced them the correct way and they were much better but for a much smoother ride they said I needed new tires. If its not the tires then it could be bad hub/bearings, steering linkage, lower ball joints. But yeah I would start with balancing them.

Got the rims balanced but still shaking. Not sure if I should trust the dealership and just take it myself to a professional shop. Going back tomorrow to get my running boards and spare... Going to let them know that it's still shaking... Besides bad hub and bent rims anything else? Thanks everyone

Update- went again today and they balanced then AGAIN and feels about 90% better. I feel a slight vibration
when I reach 75 mph, but I'm thinking that's typical with a lowered suv and 24 inch rims?

You may have a minor Bend they are not seeing. I just went over my 24's again and found three rims had minor bends I did not catch when originally installing.

no you should not have any vibration but are you sure its not that stretch of highway mite be a little bumpy

if you still feel a vibration at 75 even slight theres something else wrong bent rim or maybe you have excessive toe in or out so you mite wanna have your alignment checked

Got it. I'll have to check it out. It's a lot better but still feel bumpy. Going to drive it around a bit more.

You should also get an alignment anytime you change wheel size.

Thanks. I bought the car with the ruins already on. But I'm taking somewhere to get checked out. Dealership had them balanced and drives smoother now, but can still feel a bit of vibration

Did you check that the Clips on the Studs were removed??

What Brand Tires?
They already balanced them and did alignment so the shaking is a lot better. But I noticed the right passenger tire it sticking out of the wheel well about an inch now... What is that all about?

Forgot to add they are 24 inch KMCs
