Checking that, and RockAuto etc...
BUT: Could the Motor be bad? Anyone know the pinout of the 2-pin motor connector? MAYBE needs correct polarity 12V?? Or is this an old-skool brushed motor?

IDK, but a Tech2 or advanced scan tool would allow you to see the internal BCM trouble codes.

Late Reply: FIXED
Pulled the blower motor, ran on the bench with 12V. Ran a few startups, then dead. Move the rotor a little and it takes off. SO: Bad commutator/winding! THAT's why it was intermittent.
Replaced and runs fine.. Of course...
