Hello from Sweden.
I have a 2011 Suburban LTZ with 45.000 miles.
I have a annoying rattle noise coming from the front of the truck or the dash?
Zero cracks on the dash, the noise comes at some rpm, mostly att 40mph.
Even if I hold my hand on the dash, Airbag the noise is there.
Look att my videos, use headphones:
Noise starts att 0:04

Anyone who have the same issue?

Ahh! I would be taking that dash apart piece by piece and driving until I found it. Start with the center speaker cover. It just pops off and then you can remove the speaker and see if the noise gets louder or not.

A passenger or guest driver may help you locate it better too. I put my wife to work hunting down rattles as I drive from time to time.

Probably just being a typical GM car, i just feel each panel to see of the rattle goes away. Any sort of tape that has some cushion or foam on it. Should help stop it.

Up here to the right
Do you have anything in the glove box?
Your dash may be getting ready to crack like most do.
Almost sounds like an actuator for hvac control trying to move. Do all you your vents work and blow out correctly, heat and a/c.... etc.
yes a passenger with ear to dash may help pinpoint sound a little better.

Thanks everyone. Whe have test everything on the dash.
It ony comes at certain rpm when you drive around 35-40 mpg.
Can it be a heat shield on the fire wall?

Another question, when it it time to replace the rear shocks? The compressor works but it feels stiff on bad roads.
On high way its like a dream.

Is the heater/defrost fan box on when the noise occurs? Or is it all the time

while its rattling, lightly push down on your e-brake about an inch and see if it goes away. ive been tracking down a similar rattle for months, come to find out it was the slack in my ebrake cable rattling inside the connector.
