Ok I know this is an old thread but so am I, anyhow I've tried the reset trick with not much luck . Passenger side blows cold , drivers side not so cold. I am trying to figure out the location of the driver side blend door actuator, It looks like you have an upper one and a lower one , hope someone can help or have a picture would be even better

all right, I just got done cleaning the grease out of the l/h blend door actuator. Super easy took about 35 minutes. there is an index mark on the outside case , I also moved the gear one notch to the cold just to be sure. I figured I saved 152.00 dollar on the part and a minimum of 200.00 or more on labor at the dealer. Oh just for the record the drivers actuator is the one on the bottom,

So the drivers side blend door actuator is the one near the passenger floorboard?

That 3rd bolt is a BITCH! Especially if you have a center console. I removed the first two, no problem. Spent about 30 minutes squeezing my hand between the plastic of the center console and the tunnel, said F-it, fall is coming, this can wait another year :0

It may be easier to remove the console
