Just went outside to do a final adjustment on my torsion keys. The driver side is Maxed out and I'm only at 36 3/4". Passenger side sitting at about 37" and the screw is only in about half way. Sounds like a worn torsion bar ? Or is there something I'm missing?

The driver's side torsion bar usually wears out more than the passenger side, because of the greater load on that side. I would just lower the passenger side so that they're level, personally.

I've heard that that's normal as far as the adjustment bolts, that one is sometimes all the way in and the other only about halfway even when new. Mine are way different from one to the other and they've never been adjusted I don't believe.

I thought about swapping the bars out. Driver on passenger side and passenger on driver side. Might try in the next couple weeks or so.

Yep. I used a heat gun to get the majority off then used a plastic scraper with some goo gone. Then when all the sticky crap was off I buffed it with some meguiar's scratch x . Cleaned it up awesome.
