Im selling because I need a break from wrenching. I have a sports car I can daily just fine.

Like in the title this is a 4l80e swapped. I have a build thread here. I'm hiding nothing and you can see exactly what's been done.

http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/2002-yukon-140k-miles-fixing-up-over-time.60876/

The good!
- 4l80e swap with programmed PCM. Its like the truck came with the trans
- engine tuned to be far more peppier
- TCI flex plate
- circle D 3200rpm stall converter
- Tru cool 40k cooler installed. Max temp in 100F weather with high stall is 130F!
- custom driveshaft for high HP and speed
- rebuilt transfer case with pump rub fix
- rebuilt front diff for confidence
- serviced rear diff
- lots of interior, stereo fix up for like stock, like new
- engine belts, plugs, wires, knock sensors etc replaced
- all brakes and rotors and drums replaced
- wheel bearings replaced
- shocks upgraded to bilstiens
- eibach sways to keep her planted, work too!!

The bad
- 148k miles? This is subjective
- vibration at 65mph. Not killer, can feel it. This happened after the truck sat for over 8 mo while I found time to figure out the trans swap. I'm slowly going through mounts and things but feel tires might be flat spotted from sitting.
- Then rear ended. Cop hit me. Frame at hitch bent down. Frame was bent up level, hitch is fine, body work done. New bumper, lights etc.
- Hatch has a couple dings from the rear ending but works fine. eBay has em for $250 if you look.

Message me here on this website to get a hold of me.

Note** Trans is dual fed for more holding. But, this causes a slower reverse engage. I know a way to speed it up by removing a valve body check ball. I'd also include all parts for a full rebuild.

Note** I'll include a GM brake line set, because GM. I've had it for a couple years as an install to do for reassurance.

Great rig for under $5K, even if it had not had the rebuilt transmission and the other fortifications.
You'll sell her quick.

I don't mind the slow reverse but others might. Heck, if I decide to keep the Yukon I guess I wouldn't mind something more stock. Removing check ball #9 for faster reverse due to the dual feed mod and #8 for the faster 2-3 shift.

Taking a valve body out of a trans still in the truck is damn messy. This is my 2nd time. Last time it was 19F. Not too much clutch material. 2000 miles on my first build. Still, I'm including everything needed for a rebuild. I am not a pro trans builder!!

SOLD!!!

The new owner is on this forum and might make his own build thread. He's a great guy and I'm ecstatic someone that appreciates that a 4l80e swap means ended up with her!
