I have been towing trailers since I was 17. Unfortunately I was towing my 5x8 utility trailer and when backing up I managed to jack knife the lip of the trailer onto my rear quarter panel. I watched some you tube videos for cutting removing and installing a replacement panel.
Has anyone done this and has any tips.
Thanks

There looks to be a crease in ir, which means you can't go paintless dent repair. Most of it you could push out with an inner tube and some air.

I’d try and pull it out best you can and maybe clean up and seal the gash then some body filler and paint, before I tried to cut out that section and welded a new piece in. Just my 2¢.

I don't know where you are located, but it will likely be easier to pull it out on a really hot day.
