Those look exactly like the ones I had originally bought and put on that came off a 2003 esky. Do the two plastic gaskets have a screw that holds them together and they can be seperated?[/QUOTE]

Two push clips keeps them together

Yeah that's exactly what the gaskets on my older racks looked like. The newer racks I have now, that whole piece doesn't separate from the gasket underneath the rack. It's all one piece. So make sure when looking at caps that they come off an nbs truck.
