This has likely been asked in many other posts, There should be a reasonable way to isolate and fix the real blend door, I'm looking for suggestions. The factory actuators seem fine I swapped the blend actuator with the zone actuator, the zone worked fine where it was but when swapped into the... -

Old topic, need to drop it!
I have a nice old and mostly original 04 Yukon 2wd 5.3 SLE, I bought it new. I never liked the big gaps in the wheel arches and years ago I installed drop spindles and lowered the torsion bars to get a nice gap above the front tires and a further 2" drop in the rear springs. 2004 rear fan
I'm new here and have a 2004 Yukon SLE w/130,000 miles. Barely any problems until now. I have Auto climate controls front\rear. The rear A\C has the fan blowing on high with the engine running and I'm unable to adjust it. It does not operate with the engine off. I suspect it's the Blower Motor...
