    I'm trying to figure out the best way to swap two captain chairs for a bench in my 03 Z71 Burban. Any advice/recommendations? Been checking ebay craigslist and junkyards. No luck so far just a lot of hope that they drop right in.

    There's plenty of space in that trim panel. Running a 15k watt burp amplifier is no joke. Been a while since I heard my eyes go blurry. Does it do hair tricks?

    6 hi mod issues.

    Got a multimeter to check the current? Could be a faulty relay pulling to many amps. Work looks good. I'll take a look in my fuse box tomorrow.

    You're right you can run a diode inline from the power on signal from one relay to another and it should be a tiny amount of current (in the ma range). Which pins on the two relays did you connect to?

    Legality is not a question I'm going to answer. HID's in regular housings don't work because the filament (Part of the light that makes light) doesn't match where it is in the OEM bulb.
