    The nice thing about lowering is that you can rock the same wheels and tires and it doesn't look goofy. If you lift a truck 6" and keep it on stock tires it looks like it missed leg day.

    Not unless the shock bashed into stuff, otherwise your tire might have some weird wear because of not having proper damping, but unlikely you can prove that. Otherwise I'd bolt it back up. How old are the shocks?

    Part of it is likely the factory tune, the other part is that you're trying to overcome a lot of inertia and friction all at the same time. I bet you only have 3.08 gears?
