Remanufactured Jasper NP241 or let local shop rebuild?

K2500 rear axle identification
I've been searching for a very low mileage 2004-2006 K2500 Suburban for months, without much luck. A photo of one seller's Suburban was missing the center lug nut covers on both rear wheels (but front wheel covers were present). On pic below, is this a stock rear axle? Body Mount Bushings for '94 Blazer/Tahoe
The original Body Mounts on my stock, '94 K1500 Blazer (250K miles) seem in ok shape, but since I'm slowly 'refreshing' the SUV, am thinking to also replace the mounts/bushings.
