    Brake pedal fluttering

It happens when they are cold and when the brakes are applied a lot and hot. I could travel down the road and come to a stop then travel another mile and it smoothly stops. No consistent behavior at all. Very random.

    Brake pedal fluttering

The thing is, it's not consistent. I would think the rotors would be consistently the same. Sometimes it is a very smooth stop, sometimes alittle pulsating, other times a lot of pulsating. It's for sure the front because the steering wheel will shimmy when it does it. Starting yesterday, the...

    Brake pedal fluttering

On my 2002 Tahoe I get this fluttering/pulsing feeling from my brake pedal. It doesn't do it all the time and some times it is worse than other times. Brakes seem to be working fine. Could this be the anti lock brake sensors going bad? Thanks for any suggestions.

Rear blower on 2002 Tahoe works sometimes.....the possible problem?

No, mine also works whenever still. Hasn't stopped completely yet. I can't believe there are no responses back on this......maybe a rare malfunction I guess.

Rear blower on 2002 Tahoe works sometimes.....the possible problem?

My rear blower on my 2002 Tahoe works about 25% of the time. The cold weather is now starting so I'm hoping I can figure it out. It has the manual overhead controls. I have heard there may be a wire in the drivers side kick panel area that may be burned that causes this alot? Any other ideas...

Oil pressure gauge sitting at about 40-42 psi

My oil pressure gauge on my '02 Tahoe 5.3 just sits at about 40-42 psi at idle and even at 70mph. It moves so ever slightly but remains in that general area. Usually it is at about 45psi at idle and about 70-80 at 70mph. It returns to zero when engine is off and key is on. It will go up to 60psi...

    Looking for a smoother ride....shocks

I have seen that the 4600's are a popular choice. More than likely I will go with those....thanks

I had a shop do it. All the fluid was drained out and new flushed through which removed and loosened a lot of gunk. Cost me $60 and well worth it.

    Looking for a smoother ride....shocks

I have Gabriel MaxControl shocks on the front and rear of my 2002 Tahoe 2wd. The ride is pretty rough even over smaller bumps. It has been described by passengers as like riding in a covered wagon...lol. The tires are on 17" factory steel wheels and they are C load rated. What is a good shock to...

    My Boom Box

I tried it facing the passenger side and then facing the drivers side. Found out it actually provides a lot more cleaner bass if it faces the back. I don't have a 3rd row seat so that is abit of a different situation for me.

The Death Wobble occurred....looking for answers

I tried immediately after the first response to my question was an assumption. I did go ahead and contact the moderator. I was just looking for answers. Not someone telling me my tires are trashed after driving 5 miles on them. Not really sure why anybody comments when someone ask for assistance...

Ok, did a complete flush on the power steering gear box and power steering unit. A world of difference! Back to smooth, no pulling steering. A lot of gunk gathered up inside. Not a goof in the alignment but gunk clogging up in the box & unit.

    Bazooka Tube placement

Got a 10 inch 250 watt Bazooka Tube. Anybody else use one? Wondering on the best placement for the best sound? Used to have my 6 inch tube under the back seat which sounded great but this 10 inch doesn't fit under the seat. Know it will be in the back but not sure of the best direction to face...

I appreciate your input very much. As far as holding a grudge....at 52 years old I have no patience from anybody that wants to draw first blood without provocation and twist it back onto the one they attacked. I really don't want any help from grown people that act like children and try to bully...

Alignment done again. Still had a loose feeling to it. Especially through the steering wheel. Steering gear box is the problem. Going to change it out along with the steering shaft. Will give update after I get that done. Thanks guys for the input

If you see my other post it shows how well things go when "adults" act like adults. As far as whatever anybody thinks....I really don't give a crap. Treat others with respect....you get it back.....I also remember and never forget. If anybody is looking for an apology.....it ain't gonna happen...
