    Usually this means where the seat folds forwards, the clips haven’t all engaged. Fold the seat forward and slam it down. It should begin working again.

    Just another idea for you, you could look at the shocks for the premium smooth ride (ZW7) suspension. They are nivomat (self leveling) shocks.     My luck has returned. Figured everything went too easy, alignment found tiny bit of play in front wheel bearing. Wasn't able to identify it earlier due to the amount of play in the upper control arms bad ball joints. Guess I'm going to get those ordered tonight.
