damitichell - can you share where you found the Putco 289005P high beams for $159.80? I'm having trouble finding the "P" version (which is the Silver-Lux Pro instead of the standard Silver-Lux) anywhere but Putco's own website, which is at full retail of $211.19. Thanks in advance! -

I had this exact thought recently and agree 100%. I could not believe GM would produce a vehicle with an MSRP north of $60K without HID headlights... until I realized that was the main upgrade to upsell you to an LTZ. And in my case, it worked. -

Yeah, I agree the price is steep. They have a ballast built in to the wiring harness, and the copper cloth heat sinks design is cool. That alone makes them way different than a standard LED bulb swap like the VLEDs. But, I drove it in the dark Saturday night and they are VERY bright. Night and... -

I bought it at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny, Iowa. I'm not 100% certain, but I think the $5k in GM incentives were valid for purchase only and not on a lease deal. Good luck!- JayW

Denali HID/DRL color
So, has anyone swapped out their stock 4300K HID bulbs for an aftermarket bulb? I cannot figure out from any of the above posts if anyone has changed out just the stock HID bulbs. I have no interest in changing to a complete aftermarket HID system, but would consider changing bulbs to achieve... -
