Escalade Taillights installed on 2015 Tahoe

They may not be plug and play for the suburban from what I've heard. May be possible with a lot of headache.

Escalade Taillights installed on 2015 Tahoe

I bought them off eBay. Different seller for each side. I think I paid $250 for one and $260 for the other. So basically for the price of the cheap knockoffs, I got genuine tail lights. Be patient and you will find anal Escalade owners selling because of very minor scratches. Mine have very, and...

Escalade Taillights installed on 2015 Tahoe

Installed used OEM tail lights on my 2015 Yukon SLE XL past weekend. Straight plug and play. Have people doing double takes. Only issue I have is that there are no reflectors in the tail light housings facing the rear of the vehicle. If your vehicle is parked in a dark area, cars approaching...

    Blind spot warning

I thought audio alert comes on if you have turn signal on and vehicle is in your blind spot, otherwise just light if turn signal is not activated.

Upgrading 2015 featureless side mirrors to Denali mirrors ( I have an issue)

You might be looking at cameras, not sensors.

Upgrading 2015 featureless side mirrors to Denali mirrors ( I have an issue)

The company I was talking about is called Brandmotion . They make a radar version(same as OEM), so it would mount inside your rear bumper with vehicle specific brackets as apposed to the ones where you drill(sonar) your bumper. I bet instead of wiring to the provided indicator...

Upgrading 2015 featureless side mirrors to Denali mirrors ( I have an issue)

Sensors are in rear bumper I believe. That's how cross traffic alert works as well. Need the main control module as well. There is an aftermarket option that uses radar, same as factory. Could potentially wire to work with mirrors.

2016 Yukon Denali aftermarket DVD player

If you do get an aftermarket overhead, be aware that when playing sound through your radio/head unit, it will pick up a lot of static. If your vehicle did not come with the overhead unit from the factory, the dealer will not be able to put in a factory unit after the fact. They will install an...

15 Suburban Rear Level Kit Done, review and Pics: Belltech Part #: 23323

Was an alignment really needed? Didn't you only level it out by dropping the rear? Didn't think there was any adjustment in the rear. Asking because I recently leveled my Yukon XL. And you are right about the rear looking lower at certain angles, tape measure doesn't lie though.

    Aftermarket DVD player

When I bought my SLE(used), the dealer had installed an aftermarket DVD player. The one thing I really hate about it is the sound. I have two options, headphones(I have six kids so not practical) or through the radio. I would like to play it through the radio, but more often than not, it starts...

    2015-16 Yukon rear level/drop installed

Ok, installed the kit and like the results. Rear end dropped 1 1/2" lower now. Should settle a bit more. With just jacks to work with, I found that both wheels needed to come off and the whole rear end needed to drop in order to get the springs out.

    2015-16 Yukon rear level/drop installed

Thanks. Not too worried, but if I run into anything, I'll be sure to hit you up. 16blkltz, your dealership actually installed the lowering springs? Interesting. I saw a YouTube video where I believe the ball socket ends just pop off, or at least that's what it looked like. Looks like the new...

    2015-16 Yukon rear level/drop installed

Mine is on the way. I decided to buy the auto ride rods instead of bending them. Hopefully it all arrives by next weekend.

    2015-16 Yukon rear level/drop installed

Was always interested in this kit to level it out. Are the two brackets to relocate the shocks? Do you have auto ride? Looks good BTW.

How To: Denali/LTZ Rear Bumper Step Pad Install

Been wanting to do this. Two questions: Looks like those clips help hold the step pad down...do they? Also, you just left the harness hanging afterwards?

    Replica wheel center caps

Thanks for the idea, but I think I'm more interested in the logos being molded. Just unsure which caps I need.

    Replica wheel center caps

Does anyone here have the 7 spoke wheels that come on some 2015 and up Denalis with the inserts? I bought an SLE with replicas of this wheel and it has blank center caps. Would like to replace with the caps that have GMC logo in all chrome. OEM caps run about $40-50 each. There are plenty that...

2016 Yukon Xbox Hook Up (Works Flawlessly) - FYI

Doesn't really pertain to me as I have an SLE, but did you check if voltage and wattage was compatible? I understand that you got it working, but doesn't mean it's entirely gravy.

    Rear Hatch Area

Sorry don't have a pic. But if you own the vehicle only takes 2 minutes to find out. I think the seats are raised up a good 6-10". I need those seats up so have only folded them down once.

I posted in another thread. Search in my posts, can't remember if I started the thread or posted in another.

anyone made the 2016 Suburban rear floor FLAT?

I took out my storage bin in the cargo area and it is flat under there(2015 Yukon XL SLE). You will need to lay a carpet since there are two holes to screw the bin in to. I bought a floor mat from The hardware store and never looked back. Of course, not sure how much space your wife needs. I...

Escalade Taillights installed on 2015 Tahoe

Are your Escalade lights OEM or the knockoff? There have been folks that confirm plug and play if you have a Yukon.
