Double din stereo
I may be wrong but I think dd units without a CD player will fit without removal of that inner dash brace. the unit isn't as deep since it doesn't incorporate a CD.- KenpoFish

Factory stereo/speaker issue....
Haven't had the chance to start tearing into to it yet due to surgery recovery but I wanted some advice where to kind of start looking for when I do. Have factory non-Bose system and only speakers that work are the tweeters. They were like this when I got the Yukon. Any advise will be greatly...- KenpoFish

NEED HELP ASAP, please
Got it fixed, sort of. Had to pry top trim on tailgate back enough to get screws out. Took trim panel off the tailgate. Figured out where to release the lift glass. Rod connected to back of key tumbler. But now I can’t get my tailgate back down. Put it back up after I thought I had problem... -

NEED HELP ASAP, please
1998 Tahoe LT 4dr. Has liftgate instead of barn doors. Key is stuck in tailgate. Will not turn back all the way to release it, stops just short of it. Can not get the lift glass to release either. Tried pushing and pulling lift gate with wife pushing hatch button on dash. Anyone ever have this... -

Sparky started coughing and sputtering a few days ago. So I went and had code check done. Diagnosis was misfire on cylinder 6. So I grabbed some plugs and wires. With help from one of my sons today, Sparky is running normal again.- KenpoFish

Roof Rack
Will '02-'06 Z71 roof rack direct mount to my '98 4Dr LT..? I like the more rugged profile of that rack and there's a couple to be had at my local pull it yard. Ugh.....this posted twice and I'm not sure how to delete. Can an admin get rid of this duplicate, please..? -

Headlight switch or combo switch issue..?
Follow up: Eventually lost high beams. So now I just have DRLs when I turn headlight switch to parking lights. Turning switch to on position I have no headlights, not even when I try high beams now. Replacement Glass for a 99 tahoe rear lift gate.
So Satellite did decent job and dealt with rear wiper mounting without any issues....besides the broken glass bits..? -

Finally got around to trouble shooting a/c issue. Low pressure valve was leaking. Trip to the Zone for new lp valve. Kit came with lp valve, 2 hp stems, and dust caps. Replaced the valve, stem, and covers. A/C working fine now. Everyone out there working out in the heat, make sure you keep...- KenpoFish

Thanks all for the thoughts and support. Things are going good with the cancer...or I should say no cancer now. Now it's just getting adjusted to hormone med since they removed my thyroid. Now, as far as my hood question...will a '90 Burb hood fit my Hoe..? Have friend that's selling a '90 Burb... -
Lift and Rim question
My Hoe is, for now, my DD and occasional hunting/fishing excursion so I don't want to go too aggressive on a lift. Probably just do a t-bar crank and 2in blocks in rear. By going that route I'd like to put on some OEM 17in rims. What would be the max size tire I could go and not have rub... -
Thoughts on new hood...
Haven't gotten around to doing to many mods. Had to put them on hold. Having my thyroid removed due to having thyroid cancer, the medical bills began to stack up. Not sure when I'll get around to doing any mods but I'll be sure to post when I do. -
