Sold my 2015 Escalade so have no use for the KPE exhaust I had on it.
Paid $1400 for it, listed at $1,595 right now on KPE's...
I've had a KPE tune on my Escalade for over a year and have had plenty of warranty work done without a single issue.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act states the dealer/manufacturer has to prove the modification caused the part that is under warranty to fail. They can't just make a blanket policy...
Dont have a Blackbear tune but I'm runnin a KPE tune on my '15 Escalade with their catback exhaust and it's a completely different truck vs. stock. Couldn't be happier.
Throttle response is instant, engine revs quicker and easier, and acceleration feels vastly improved.
I've heard nothing but...
Saw this making the rounds on the car blogs the past couple of days. Pretty nice sounding package for sure.
Really the only reason I went Escalade instead of Tahoe was to get the 6.2, so now that it's available in the Chevy...... hmmmmmm.... might just have to swap the '15 Escalade for an '18...
Got my Power Stop drilled (oh no WHAT was I thinking?!?!) and slotted rotors installed yesterday along with their Z36 pads (for truck and tow) and I couldn't be happier.
Pedal feel is much improved, braking is 100% silent and feels quicker, and they look pretty decent behind my 24s. All in it...
I've installed drilled and slotted rotors on almost every single vehicle I've ever owned, and I've never had a single issue. Not. One.
Everyone acts like drilled rotors crack if you look at them funny. Yeah, the $50 set you slap on your riced out Honda might, but if you buy a quality set of...
The Powerstop front and rear kit I ordered for my Escalade just came in today and it looks pretty killer. AND it was only $430 on Amazon!
No bigger in diameter but at least I'll have nice shiny (zinc plated so they won't rust) drilled and slotted rotors instead of the cheeseball factory ones...
'15 Escalade with 25k miles I've owned since new and the only issues ive had are electrical gremlins. Cruise control stopped working, driver assist system had to be fixed, and CUE gives me grief from time to time. All fixed under warranty. Other than that it's been fantastic. Love this truck!
Pretty sure NORCAL tows with 26s on his slammed Escalade.
Not necessarily any added mass just because you have bigger wheels. My 24s weigh 3 pounds less PER CORNER than the stock 22s.
Roof in a basket would definitely look the best, but damn that would be a serious chore to lug over 100 pounds up there, and down again if/when you get a flat.
IDK, maybe you're in better shape than I am. LOL!
I've always skipped the spare on trucks/SUVs I've lifted and never had a problem...
I'd be interested! I've got an Escalade but I'm pretty sure the only difference is the last hanger in the rear needs to be bent a little more for the Denali.
When I had my KPE exhaust installed the shop cut my OEM in the middle so it would fit back in the truck to take it home, which would...
