I try to get some in a week or so. Don't have the truck with me.
I believe the top two holes of the hangers matched the original hanger holes. For the bottom hole closer to the front of the truck, a new hole was drilled into the frame but used the DJM hanger hole as reference. The last...
This is what I used to do when I still had the whipple on. I dont even think I would take the wheel off. I would just jack it up so the wheel will drop and give me space to work. For the the rear most spark plug I would go from underneath I believe. Its not that bad.
Only issue i have right now is that when I push the brakes while turning a little, there is a little jolt in the steering. Not sure if anyone else experiences this but I'm assuming it has something to do with the speed sensitive steering. I do not believe any hydroboost trucks have the variable...
Yes but i had to transfer over the electronic valve from the back of my pump which is used for the speed sensitive steering. New pump is not necessary, just T the extra return line with the original return line going into the reservoir.
Some info about GM's new fix for the speed sensitive steering.
GM Part# 19168825 for the kit.
Kit basically does away with the electronic valve behind the pump that variates the ps fluid pressure.

I used a new stock delco pump and reservoir used on a truck that has hydroboost brakes. The ps pulley remained the same so no need to change belt length. The reason i changed my pump was to get the extra inlet on the reservoir but you can just tee the extra line on the return.
No they are...
What truck is this turbo in. The engine bay looks all wrong for a 98 tahoe.
Looks like an 99+ LS truck. The alternator (wrong side), master cylinder, and fuse box don't seem right for a 98 Tahoe.
Working on the wiring harness right now. When that's done, I just need a weekend to do the swap.

Wheels are 20"x8.5" Boss 330 in silver. Offset is +20mm I believe. I've always had a drop. I use to have the Belltech 4x4 drop kit (drop keys and drop leafs). Now I have a modified DJM 4dr tahoe shackle/hanger kit in the rear and the same belltech keys up front. Total drop is about 2/4 maybe a...

The schrader valve fitting size is -4 AN and the fuel pressure fitting size is 1/8" NPT.
You can use a number of different fittings make it work.

Buy a -4AN cap too.

If its for your denali pictured in your sig then it shouldn't need a gasket. There is a o-ring gasket already in your upper intake manifold. Just take off your old throttle body, swap sensors on the new one and reinstall.
I believe in california you can't swap a diesel engine into a car/truck that was originally made for gas. You won't be able to make it a legal swap.
But I believe you can go the other way and put a gas engine into a diesel truck and get it refereed to be a smog legal swap here.
The LT style 4L60E's (like what is found in your 97 tahoe) have a different input shaft than the LS 4L60's (like those found in the newer trucks). So the 4L65E will not work unless you get a custom torque converter to account for that difference (I believe yank can do this). Besides that issue...
