i used this place to do exactly what you are needing to do, but it was almost 5-6 years ago.
welcome! most issues incur around the hub bearing assemblies and the outer bearings in the front end housing...if you start to hear groaning and you see a decrease in mpg...time for a rebuild.
something is not hooked up correctly...did you try switching the top two plugs? check out the how to in our tech articles that shows a couple good illustrations for these plug and plays...mine were really simple...the entire harness was replaced.
i would just in case...shouldn't take but a half hour tops for all of it...I know i was able to remove my fans and install the clutch fan on my 99 in 20 minutes when i decided to sell it....MUCH faster than the install time of everything...lol.
there is a place in the dallas area that can refinish wheels....but i can't for hte life of me think of the name...might be around 100/wheel repair charge...IF they can do it to a black wheel.
