Lemon Law attorney says about another 6 weeks until we have a resolution. I am curious how it all works myself... they manipulate the sales price numbers ridiculously when they roll in negative equity of another vehicle. So... my purchase price was exactly 70K minus 5K down and 5K in "promo"...
GMC called and advised they would not be buying the vehicle back. They stated the final repair attempt was within normal tolerances.

Still there.... so after 6 tire replacements... it's still the same. Now I assume I have to engage a lemon law attorney. My intent is to send another certified letter stating to GM that after 6 failed tire attempts and nothing else, they leave me no choice. Either make an offer to buy it...
Well the GM Engineer was there yesterday for the final repair attempt. Here's what they have done.... see email below. Ridiculous they still think it's tires, this will be 6 tires in 4K miles!
