Decided not to even mess with it myself and just going to sell the tahoe. Might have a guy coming to purchase this weekend. If not and I decided to do a full rear end over haul or just have the gears and what not replaced. What type of price am I looking at ?
Anyone on here have suggestions on all of the parameters and setting using the Diablo sport on a 2008 Chevy tahoe. Guy I purchased from already had tuned but just switched tire sizes and want to change that and also interested what every else thinks is best way to tune a Tahoe. Open to suggestions
What brand of rotors and brake pads would u recommend? I've looked at some drilled and slotted ones but heard from some reviews they produce noise. Any idea if that's true. Probably going to get new rotors and brake pads
I might need to have front two rotors cross cut and haven't checked the pads on them yet. Both have 2 minor groves in them so going to get to that soon

And I made all of the correct markings before removing...
So I successfully replaced both hub assemblies and ended up having to replace a new A arm bc the ball joint in the 2008 is connected to it. But after installing everything the sound is gone!!!!! Sound barely comes back here n there but it's very very subtle.
No hard feelings raiderron. I will gladly take any advice you and whoever else have to offer was just descirbing the head scratcher problem I was in the middle of is all
As a matter of fact I did plenty of research and thank uraiderron! All research I saw showed no problems removing bolts or ball joint interfering with the removal of bolt. So messing with the ball joint tomorrow
Used an angle grinder and took off end of bolt then just popped out the hub assembly. Just going to buy a new bolt but will need to pop off the housing of the ball joint to get bolt back In the hole
I am going to the left, used wd-40 and others anddddd lots of muscle lol not budging. About to use an angle grinder and cut back end off then just purchase new bolt
Also I'm having a super hard time getting the middle too bolt off that holds hub bearing assembly in place. There's a bolt about 2-3 in behind the one that need to come out but not finding a way to remove. Ideas?
And how did u change all of that? And how much did it run u? I'm changing out the front two bearings/hub assembly today
