I have a 1999 4x4 burban.
I have had a recent issue when I start my truck and turn sharply out my drive way at slow speeds. It's sounds and feels like the front tires are sliding. Almost like the front diff is locked up, or the tire is rubbing on something.
I looked for signs of rubbing...
I turned the front keys down, there is only about 1/4" of space between the block and the key now.
The front ground to fender is 34.5" rear is 35". I'm running a 265/70/17
The angle of the CV's didn't seem to change much. But the ride quality did improve.
That sound about right to what...
So if I get under the truck and the drive shaft doesn't have much angle too it its safe to leave it? or should I still go down some? My father tends to think the front isn't raised, just the rear leaves have started sagging.
When I got my truck i loved the front height. But after being on the forum for a few days I have realized my front keys are probably cranked. I want to uncrank them before I do anymore damage.

Picked a 1999 k1500 Suburban over the weekend. Clean truck. Has 193k on it. but it runs and drives smooth. Has some front end work that needs to be done. Pitman arm and tie rod ends.
This is going to be my daily car. I drive 4 miles round trip to a train everyday so I wasn't worried about...
