what size fuel injectors?
my 01 yukon has the 5.3 and a whipple supercharger pushing 8 psi max im leading to believe injector #8 is bad so im replacing it. however i THINK the injectors are the stock size since this whipple system is the one that has the two additional injectors out front. can anyone back up that...- cxs4887

p0300 and p0308
my yukon (5.3) has been sitting for about 7 months it had a bad egr signal wire so the light was always on but i fixed that andnow it has a misfire code. it started as p0300 solid light to p0308 and at idle stays solid any accel makes it blink. plugs look good and the msd wires look good. havent...- cxs4887

Will this driveshaft work?
I have a regular Yukon not 3rd row seating. I broke the driveshaft and yoke so I picked up a drive shaft from a Yukon xl both 2001. My driveshaft yoke has a large circular balancer I assume mounted to it. The new driveshaft o have does not have that is it necessary to have that piece on the yoke...- cxs4887

custom tune/egr delete
gonna start a new thread on this, still cant pass emissions because of this egr valve im assuming the whipple charger tuner is changing the open/close performance and throwing the code. anyone know a way to get it to change when it opens and closes with or without getting a custom tune ? on my...- cxs4887

horrible LOUD noise maybe tc maybe diff????
2001 yukon 5.3 so i have a LOUD LOUD noise ive heard diffs set up wrong and it sounds like the whine from a diff but it has a loud grind sound to it as well. it sounds more from the middle of the truck than the front or rear so i think its the tcase. the noise isnt bad when im just coasting not...- cxs4887

2002 5.3 whipple charged throwing codes
bought a 2002 yukon 5.3 4wd it has a whipple charger and tune on it. however it keeps throwing the code p0404 about the egr i changed the egr and it still comes up. does anyone know off the top of their head if the tune may have changed the amount recirculated or helpful tips?- cxs4887
