    i experienced this when i removed my dip and reapplied it. i left it outside and like a dummy i didnt re-prep it :nono: but it was only the grille that was affected. when i did my bumpers i just used lacquer thinner followed by wax&grease remover and ive never had a single problem. did you...

    hows your plasti dip holding up on the body? how many coats is it? i have my bumpers and grille dipped 2 coats and the grille ended up getting chips (after about 7 months) so i redipped and coated it with 3 coats of semi gloss engine enamel and it's amazing how great that's holding up.
