U-Joint steering shaft option for 97+ owners?

I know this is old...but any idea what part #64 is called? I'm interested to learn more about that joint and if the GMT800 intermediate shaft is interchangeable.

    1999 Tahoe Hydroboost Install

An ebay plate? Personally, I would just swap brake pedals. If you swap with OEM gear in it's OEM position, chance of failure is fairly low. If you modify that area to use a different brake pedal, it's always possible premature failure will set in. You'll be swapping power steering pumps...

    '99 Tahoe - Expedition Build!

I used this... http://www.offroadunlimited.com/orustore/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=1841&idproduct=10450 However, I didn't like the actual bolt setup they used and swapped it out for 3/8" rivets with cadmium plated grade 8 hardware....not going anywhere!

    '99 Tahoe - Expedition Build!

Apologies for the delayed reply... That ARB is for a Landcruiser. I didn't like how the Chevy version stuck out, so I bought an LC version and brought it to Liquid Iron Industries in NJ for new mounts to be made. My plan is to raise the hoop section so it looks like an OEM fit, but I just...

Almost done fixing the TAG bumper. I've rebuilt the mounting system and so far happy with the results. In stead of it leaning backwards, it now sits straight up and is MUCH stronger then it was previous Before: After:

I was looking through my old emails but I couldn't find his number...I ordered these a while ago so it's possible it was deleted. I would try emailing him again, it's always possible your email hit his spam box. Whenever I wrote him the response was pretty quick, never more then a day or two...

    '99 Tahoe - Expedition Build!

I just emailed the owner - [email protected] B/c there were only a few examples of 4dr Tahoes running these and I couldn't find photos of the final install, I spoke to the owner directly (Jeremiah). I had a few questions for him and and asked his thoughts for the best way to install...

    '99 Tahoe - Expedition Build!

I had a set of custom shackle mounts made for my ARB bumper. I am VERY impressed with their quality, welds are spot on and it was spec'd perfectly. I'm using all Grade 8 hardware, don't mind the two different size washers currently on there. This is where they are going

    '99 Tahoe - Expedition Build!

It's been a small lifesaver. With the lift, my torsion bars used to hang below the frame so the tcase was pretty well protected; not perfect, but decent. Now that I have the Realift Relocators, the transfer case was exposed so I needed this protector asap. I've had a few rock strikes with it...
