    Nice! I sold my 2007 Yukon XL just over a year ago and am now looking to buy another suburban. I have always liked these years and have been looking hard for one in the last couple of weeks. I am still saving my last 1k or so because we are paying cash. This info definitely helps.

    It is illegal in AZ to have any tint below the rear view mirror....unless you have a note from your DR. (serious) It is also illegal to have your windows tinted beyond 35% on the Driver/passenger doors. I have NEVER met anybody that has been pulled over for this/or has even had a ticket...

    It shouldn't. In fact your adding more tubing which in turn might aid in cooling. I have not tried this myself but have read a lot about it. A lot of diesel guys use them and swear by it.

    Newbie here: 2001 yukon xl problem

    Just a heads up on the MAF sensor. Once you clean it, you will need to put some miles on it so the computer can "re-learn". I know you said you put 50 miles on it, just cant remember how many miles you need. Good luck, keep us posted

    Just watched a video on YouTube. This guy made a home made catch can from a husky air / water separator. He pointed out 100 times to change the o rings to one's that can handle gasoline.

    I had an 06 tahoe that did this when the AC or the fan would kick on. I have heard that you can fix this by doing a "big 3" conversion, but have not tried this myself.

    I have read that some people have accidentally knocked off one of the sensors while replacing parts on the front end. Check to make sure everything is connected correctly.

    $80!!!!!!!!! I wish....mine cost me $150 and I almost lost my job over it. Worked at a Prison and had to report any tickets over $150. Funny thing is almost all moving violations are over $150 now in AZ. I knew it was going to be mailed to my house, because the incident happened 200 miles away...
