    I actually had to shim one of mine too, but I used a nut instead of a stack of washers. I only had to do one light though, which I found odd.

    Yep. Since the projector sits behind the housing, as opposed to being inside the reflector housing, you don't need anything to cover up the projector and its parts.

    Oops, I thought I included that. Order whatever shrouds you want, they are not needed.

    Yep. I have yet to put any sealant between the plate and the headlight, and haven't had any issues. I need to get around to that at some point though. Basically what he said. And yes, they're Bi-xenons. ;)

    Actually, it is pretty easy. If you have any mechanical inclination at all you can have both lights done in about an hour or less. You pretty much just un-mount the stock projector, use an adapter, and mount the Morimoto projector.
