    bingo!! after close evaluation the joint was put in wrong..it was off by a 1/4 inch. the new one was installed correctly and all is right with the world.. the lesson leaned in this case??? not all ball joints are the same..

    I originally wanted the truck lifted and level but after picking her up the front was still about 2 inches lower then the back this should make it level ..how does the ride suffer?? is it real stiff or does it sway??

    I towed a back hoe with mine about 7500 LBs and had no problems at all. 5.3 pulled just fine.

    I finally bought my leveling kit. I got the 3 inch front and 2 inch rear spacers . I was going to do it myself but a local shop said they would do it with an alinement for 350 bucks. So i went for it ..i got my truck back and everything looked good but the guy at the shop said he had to notch...

    i picked up my tahoe a little while back with only 28000 miles...it came with duel exhaust but for some reason the drivers side was a false pipe..it was welded to the muffler but nothing comes out ..so i went to my muffler guy and had a flow master true duel welded in...man the tahoe sounds...

    it was on e-bay and local craigslist ...a used car dealer in queens ny...clean car fax..it was an older guy who had it in his garage ...i had it checked out by my mechanic and it is fully loaded....rides like new..i paid $ 12,000 for her...
