    Well, Seems like it was just a strange set of coincidences. The whine was a failing idler pulley (Almost certain). the code was an O2 sensor heater circuit. Changed Pulley, reset code and everything seems good to go. False alarm!

    Bracket Removal Help (Harness Support at Coil)

    Does anyone have insight as to how to remove this bracket? The easy access nuts at the base of the coil support have been removed. I have tried removing the nut at the rear of the block (Grounding Lug I believe), and any other fasteners I could find nearby with no avail.
