    My 23 Yukon did same thing, radio worked until they could get it fixed so hoping yours stays working too. First fix was an update, did not work. Second fix was replacing the entire info system and I am scared to say, 2 months in and so far so good.

    Not Saving Settings

    Just want to add, My 23 Yukon AT4 does the same thing, I change it back to beeps and then no warning back to vibration. It does the same thing on my seat memory sometimes too, all of the sudden it resets, super annoying!

    Yes, believe it or not, I was kind of shocked myself, no Alexa option at all is on my info system. I have Google assistant, that is the only option, other than Siri of course if I have Apple car play. I am going to call the dealership, Onstar had no answers other than keep downloading system...

    I forgot to respond! Yes, I dont even have the option to download the Alexa app in my infotainment system, it is not there. I called Onstar and they say check for updates? it is not available yet? Which is strange considering older vehicles have it and I got an email in January from them...
